1) Aromatherapy Special Interest
Class Name: ***The Mystery and History of Aromatherapy – An Introduction***

Cost: $ 75.00 + gst
Student Limit: 8
Duration: Approx. 3hrs.
Date and Location: To be Determined (classes are announced on our email service)
Knowledge Level: No knowledge of essential oils to knowledgable
Teacher: Garry Belleau - Certified Aromatologist

Class Outline:
Learn the basic principals and usage of the most common and useful essential Oils in this fun and interactive class. Other course content includes: Safety and usage of essential oils, a brief History, a Scent game, Carrier Oils, essential oil ratios and dilution rates, etc.

2) Organic Skin Care Workshop
Class Name: Organic Facial Care "What you need to know"

Cost: $ 30.00 + gst
Student Limit: 15
Duration: Approx. 2.5 hrs.
Date and Location: To be Determined (classes are announced on our email service)
Knowledge Level: No knowledge to knowledgeable
Teacher: Garry Belleau - Certified Aromatologist

Workshop Outline:
Learn the basics of using pure plant extracts and waters for fresh and healthy skin. This eye opening and often surprising class talks about the dangers of commercially available products and negative effect on our skin and health. Learn how to care for your skin in a dry and cold climate and natural Anti - aging techniques to keep you looking its best.

** 2nd Half of Workshop: Demo and Testing of synthetic free all natural products.

3) Ascention Aromatics Home Study Certification

The full cost of the course is $2,125.00 + GST paid in a lump sum.

Payment Plan Option
$2,598.27 including GST. This includes $500.00 down & $349.71

For Anatomy Physiology Exempt Students the full cost of the course is $1,667.77 + GST paid in a lump sum.

Payment Plan Option for Anatomy Physiology Exempt Students
$2,052.19 including GST. This includes $500.00 down & $388.05
for 4 months in post dated cheques.

*If cheques do not go through, there will be a 2% addition charge per day until payment is received. Students will be asked to withdraw from the program if missed payments are not handled efficiently.

 

Re-Entrance Conditions:
If a student does not complete or has to withdraw from the program for any reason, there are no refunds, but the student may reapply for the future school term to complete their studies. To receive full credit for classes completed, the student must return the program within one year. Include an explanation for the original withdrawal and the reason(s) they will be reapplying. Acceptance is at the discretion of the director of the program. Students who have prepaid for the course will be responsible to repay any difference for tuition increases.

Self Test/Comprehension:
If a student is not doing well on the review questions after a particular section, it is the students responsibility to set up an appointment with the director to discuss their progress and to determine the best course of action.

Exams:
Two exams: Anatomy/Physiology & Essential Oils. If a student fails any exam they are allowed one rewrite of that exam. The fees for re-writes are $95.00 per exam. If a student fails an exam twice, students will be given an option for re-training at their expense. Costs will be determined by the program director based upon evaluation of the students requirements. Any student found cheating on a exam will be immediately dismissed from the program and the policy of "no course refund" will apply.

Exam Dates:
The student must attend the scheduled exam date and there are no exceptions (ie: vacation, etc.). If a student fails to attend on the scheduled exam date and time, the mark the student will receive for the exam will be a "Fail". No refunds will be granted for missed exams.
